Notably, our Hispanic student group outperforms county and state averages in both ELA and Math with double the proficiency rate in Math. These results reflect HBCSD’s commitment to ensuring that every student thrives academically.
“These results are not luck,” said Superintendent Dr. Leisa Winston. “They reflect the intentional design of our instructional systems, strong core teaching, data-informed practices, and a shared commitment to student success.”
As HBCSD continues advancing its High Reliability Schools framework and focusing on our Strategic Plan focus areas, these results highlight a district that is growing stronger each year, maintaining excellence across every subject and ensuring equitable outcomes for all learners.
