The District will make every attempt to accommodate any individual who submits a public comment in a second language by translating the comment for the Board of Trustees. Regular Board meetings are recorded. A copy of the Board Meeting Agenda is posted on the District’s website at www.hbcsd.us prior to the close of business on the Friday preceding the meeting. A copy may also be obtained at the District Office, or at the meeting.
El Distrito hará todo lo posible para acomodar a cualquier persona que envíe un comentario público en un segundo idioma traduciendo el comentario para la Junta Directiva. Las reuniones periódicas de la Junta se registran. Se publica una copia de la agenda de la reunión de la Junta en el sitio web del Distrito en www.hbcsd.us antes del cierre de operaciones del viernes anterior a la reunión.
