The Title I Program was established to assist students who may be “at risk” and/or who fail to demonstrate expected achievement at their grade level.  Federal funds issued to the district are used to purchase instructional materials, provide professional development and/or staffing support, and to support parents in how to assist their children to meet learning goals.  Dwyer, Perry, Peterson, and Smith Schools receive Title I funds based on eligibility criteria set by the federal government.
