Maintenance & Operations

Services Provided

  • Respond to emergencies 24-7.
  • Schedule and manage regulatory agencies required tests and inspections as required.
  • Repair and maintain existing facilities.
  • Plan and manage school and district facility, deferred maintenance.
  • Provide environmental testing as necessary.
  • Program low voltage signal systems per school schedules and requirements.
  • Maintain preventative maintenance on a large variety of equipment.
  • Establish district standards for new and existing sites.

Maintenance and Operations (M&O) provides facilities use management, general maintenance and repair, custodial support, grounds, landscaping, and pest management services.
