The Administrative Services Department supports the HBCSD mission and vision to provide a quality education for our students in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
As the financial and operational center of the District, our team is responsible for financial services, purchasing, warehouse, employee benefits, maintenance and operations, facilities, Measure Q program, student transportation, food services, and risk management.

Bid Documents are available on the district website. A mandatory job walk will be held April 20, 2026, at 9 am, starting at Bus Yard Location, 8291 Warner Ave, Huntington Beach, CA 92647. The project includes asphalt replacement at three school sites. Contractor License Classification Required: A or B. Bid Documents can be accessed on the OWNER’s webpage. Responders are responsible for ensuring that they have viewed/downloaded all documentation, including any addenda. Deadline for submission is no later than May 7, 2026, at 2:00 pm. |
