Kinetic Academy Charter Renewal Petition – Staff Report
Under California Education Code Section 47605(b), the Huntington Beach City School District (HBCSD) is publishing the staff report and recommended findings on the Kinetic Academy charter renewal petition. This report is being posted at least 15 days before the public hearing at which the Board of Trustees will vote to grant or deny the renewal.
The Board will consider the petition at its regular meeting on October 13, 2026, at 6 pm, held at the HBCSD Boardroom. At that hearing, the petitioners will have equivalent time and procedures to present evidence and testimony in response to the staff recommendations and findings. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
