Learning Link

Learning Link, in collaboration with First Five Orange County, aims to boost early childhood education by offering resources and support to young children and their families. This initiative promotes early learning and development, preparing children for future academic success through access to quality educational materials and activities.

Learning Link fosters early childhood development by offering resources and activities that promote school readiness, focusing on language, literacy, cognitive development, and social skills. It also teaches adaptive skills such as self-care and cleanliness, while familiarizing students with the classroom environment to prepare them for future academic success. 

Learning Link classes will be offered on a monthly sign-up bases on  Tuesdays and Thursdays or Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30-11 am with a $25 family fee per child.

In the Learning Link program, parents are vital, ensuring their children's safety, acting as role models to guide participation in activities, and

learning alongside their children by applying the instructor's strategies outside the classroom to foster development in diverse settings.

Norms (Expectations)

  • Arrive on-time to each session
  • Actively participate w/ your child. You are their model.
  • Respect the privacy of others. Refrain from taking pictures of other Children.
  • Clean up after yourself.
  • Absolutely no outside food. Only water or a similar beverage is permitted.
  • Have fun!
