Learning Link

The Learning Link program is specifically designed for families and their young children (birth to 5 years old). Information and referrals to community resources are available from our caring and knowledgeable early childhood professionals. Recognized in 2018 with the prestigious California School Board Association “Golden Bell” for exemplary programming. Parent education resources are available. Developmental screenings by appointment.

Gloria Ronquillo Facilitator

Ms. Gloria has been a valued member of the HBCSD team since 2022. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Child & Adolescent Development from California State University, Fullerton in the spring of 2022 and obtained her Early Childhood Special Education credential in early 2024. Ms. Gloria holds the philosophy that children learn most effectively in environments where they feel safe and confident. She believes that it is the essential role of teachers to create and maintain such nurturing spaces for our little learners.
