HBCSD manages two different insurance programs for its employees.  Insurance for management and classified employees is handled through Self-Insured Schools of California or SISC.  Insurance for teachers and other certificated employees is handled through VEBA.  The links below will take you to the forms and information that pertain to your coverage.
