Since 2022, the Huntington Beach City School District Strategic Plan has guided how we support students, staff, and schools. This school year is the plan's final year, and we're now building our next five-year plan for 2027–2032. We want it to reflect what matters most to you.

From October 9–19, we invite every parent, guardian, staff member, and community member to join our online ThoughtExchange.

Shaping HBCSD’s Strategic Plan ThoughtExchange

You'll be asked three short questions about:

  • Our strengths: What defines HBCSD at its best?

  • Our challenges: What gets in the way of student success?

  • Our priorities: What should we focus on over the next 3–5 years?

Share your ideas in your own words. It's anonymous, works on any phone or computer, and is available in multiple languages.

Your input will help set our District's priorities for the next five years. Thank you for being part of the HBCSD community.
